Yes, there is a solution. You can solve this using automation.
Automation:
step 1. You can set trigger according to your certien phase.
step 2. Create branch according to associated company owner.
Branch: If company owner is “X” then send internal email notificaion to X. You have to create branch based on your owner list.
Step 3. Send internal email notificaion and select user based on the branch.
