How can I create a single object report in HubSpot that shows tickets along with associated contact information like name and email?
Ticket based report want to show contact default fields in single object report.

Unless you create sync properties that copy information from the contact into the ticket object, you can’t. By definition, a single object report will only show information from a single object, in this case tickets. If you want contact information, you would have to use the custom report builder with multiple data sources.

I’ve created a single object report based on tickets and was able to include the following associated contact fields by default:
Associated Contact: First Name
Associated Contact: Last Name
Associated Contact: Email
Associated Contact: Phone Number
Associated Contact: Lifecycle Stage
However, I wasn’t aware these fields were available by default. Interestingly, when I try to create another similar report, these associated contact fields no longer appear as options.
@DSaha7 can you share a screenshot of the configuration of your single object report that includes the associated contact fields?
@DSaha7 are you sure that this is not a custom ticket property that someone created in your portal? Create and edit properties
This doesn’t look like a HubSpot default.

It’s not that I don’t trust you but seeing is believing and this is very unusual – also because HubSpot typically does not name properties like shown in your screenshot.
@DSaha7 you might be enrolled in a beta for reporting – in any case, the easiest way to solve this, since you’re on a Professional or Enterprise subscription, would be to reach out to HubSpot support in-app directly, via chat or email.
