Hello,

On our ticket pipeline, we want away to show a status color on all tickets. The point is we want to have like “ticket queue time” that is described by red- Backed logged tickets will take more time, yellow - tickets are backing up expect delays, green= Tickets on schedule, we want this to be a manual change that shows on all tickets when a ticket is created so users can see this status and set expectations for their ticket. Is this possible? I told my team I don’t think it was possible, but I wanted to check before saying that.

Hi @cclark2,

Yes, this can be achieved with ticket tags: [Create color-coded object tags](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/color-coded-object-tags)

As a first step, create a custom property that contains all of the options you want to display.

Then set up one ticket tag per option.

Best regards!
