I think it could be a good and valuable feature to be able assign multiple teams to the pipelines, not going into workflows or access management.
Speaking of pipelines I think it would be great if we could manage ticket properties depending on the pipeline we use. For example properties A are seen on the ticket which belongs to pipeline A but not on tickets from pipeline B.
One more thing worthy is being able to use a hyperlink as value in the ticket property. Which would be customizible and clickable.
