[Internal note: Am hesitant to express this feedback by upvoting somewhat similar posts in Ticket Portal enhancements, as they contained numerous points and I do think that decreases the chances overall for a single shared idea to get more traction]
It would be beneficial for a way for a client to find a specific type of ticket.
A client of ours viewed it beneficial if a column, other than ID or name, could be queried in the search engine so that they can review only specific tickets of a certain type.
I guess sorting is fine too, but the true ideal is to have search be able to include any other included column.
