Ticket Pipeline - Historical (snapshot) volume by status report

Hi,

We are trying to determine how a ticket pipeline is solving over time. We have similar reports which are inbuilt HubSpot reports to measure Historical snapshots over time of the deals pipeline but these are all inbuilt reports. We are after something similar for the service ticket pipeline.

We are keen to see along the x-axis (bottom) the date grouped by week and then measure the total ticket count on the y-axis with the stage of the ticket in the break down of each column on the report.

The report exists in sales deals dashboards but does not for service pipelines.

By using this layout we can apply filters on the pipeline and category that enable us to track progress on certain tickets by specific teams over time.

Any help in how to build a report using the historical snapshot approach would be appreciated.

In below example of current inbuilt deals report we would like but with the dollar value of the deal replaced with the ticket count and the breakdown to be the stage of the ticket in the ticket pipeline.

Regards,

Justin

+1 on this. Seems like a fundamental reporting requirement really. It would be especially helpful if this could be filtered on ticket properties.

This needs to exist! I want to see how well my CX team did month-over-month

The head of our Support Department can’t understand why this isn’t possible in HubSpot, despite our migration from Zendesk, which had this report capability. Please, we have Sales Snapshots! Let’s get Open Tickert Count Snapshots.

This is required for a good overview over the support volumes and how well the team is performing.

Another upvote for this idea. I’d have thought ‘point in time’ reporting should be a basic feature of a platform like Hubspot.
