# Ticket Attachment issues

Hey there, I’m having some trouble trying to connect files to support tickets via the API, I tried following other people’s examples, and yet nothing changed. Can anyone help me out?

Hey @LBarnowski I think attachments are done using the [notes api](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/notes). You’ll need to add an attachment to the note and then associate with the ticket.

hi tom is that the attachments note showing on attachments fields?  
because i already associate note with the ticket but the attachment not showing the file.
