# Ticket API attachments

Is it possible with the ticket API to also retrieve the associated attachments?

Hi @MCaputo599,

What part of that process didn’t work for you? I just tried it out with a ticket in my portal and it worked correctly. Remeber to change the association type from 11 to 17. 11 is Deal to Engagement, while 17 is Ticket to Engagement as seen here: [Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot](https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/crm-associations/crm-associations-overview).
