This value wasn't passed to the Contact record. 'Checked' isn't one of the allowed options.

Hi,
I’ve been trying for several days to figure out why a particular record is not being accepted in HubSpot. I’ve already created a property for it, but it’s still not working.
It’s a simple checkbox field.
I’ve tried sending the data using different forms—JetFormBuilder, FluentForms Pro, and even regular Elementor forms—but nothing works.
I think all these forms send the checkbox as “checked,” while HubSpot expects it to be “true.”
I’d appreciate any help.

Checkbox (aka boolean field) in Hubspot would expect a true value.

The default value would probably be checked if that’s the error you’re receiving. However, most form builders will allow you to set the value of “checked”.

In Elementor Forms, you have the | (pipe) delimiter.
