Happy to help here. This message is trying to say that your subscription (looks like Marketing Hub Starter) is not sufficient. Which modules exactly are triggering this is hard to say.
If you’re using a template from the marketplace or a service provider, I’d recommend reaching out to them.
To identify the module, you could remove blocks from your email, one by one, try again, then restore your changes. Once the message disappears, that means you found the module.
You can then either replace it or you choose to upgrade. Before upgrading, I’d still recommend identifying the reason.
