I am trying to connect my email inbox but I got error “Unauthorized. Please check the email address and password and try again.” but I cant find the advance setting anywhere.
Hi @Risa The message is referring to the email address and password that you entered to connect your IMAP inbox. Please note that if you have seperate log-ins for IMAP and SMTP log-ins, you will not be able to use the IMAP integration at this time.
