Theme Fonts not appearing on blog index or blog post pages

For some reason the Lato font that I choose in my theme settings is not appearing in my blog index and blog post pages. Here is the link to the blog index page: Eight Arms and here is a link to a sample blog post: Marketing Tip: Don’t Leave Automation Opportunities Untapped . When I use the inspector it appears that the bootstrap.css is overwriting the font.

Also, if you look at the bottom of the blog post you can see that the font is also not being applied to the custom modules that were created either.

I can add the Lato font to the css code but I don’t think I should have to do that. If I do then someone let me know.

Any insights here would be great.

Thanks

Scott

@SlimSr2003 it looks like this is a custom-coded theme, you’d need to make sure that the developer has the blog listing and blog post templates and modules coded so that they are using the font values from the fields.json, this will tie it back to your selections in the theme settings.

Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for the information. I’m not using a developer on this So maybe you could point me in the right direction on how to code the blog listing, post page and modules to the fields.json. All of these files are sitting in the same Theme folder from when they were creeated. I did pull the code for the blop lising and post page from a previous coded blog so I’m not sure how to pull off what you are saying.

Any pointers or tips would be appreciated.

Thanks

Scott
