Hi - How do I change the my theme accordion icon? The theme currently has a right arrow (close) and down arrow (open), I need to change these to a plus (+) and minus (-). I can’t seem to find this in the theme global settings and the module css files. Thank you

Without knowing what theme you are using or an example, I can only guess that the Accordion Icon is being added through CSS. If you use Edge/Chromes Developer tool, you can use the inspect feature to highlight the icon, and it should give you an indication as to how the Icon is being generated.

Hi - I am using the clean pro theme. I’ve looked through all the these css files and not seeing where I can change it. I am seeing "content: " "; which I’m assuming it’s controlling the icon itself. I need to change it for one module only. any advise?

Did you find a solution to this? I can’t find a way to edit the icons in my accordion in ClanPro as well.

Hi @CD20623

There may be an editable **icon field** available within the accordion module where you can change the open/close icons directly.

If you don’t see an icon field, the arrows may be added through the module’s CSS or directly in the HTML/HubL code by the theme developer. In that case, we’ll need to check the module code to see how the icons are being added and replace them with the `+` and `-` icons.

Could you also share screenshots of the module’s **HTML/HubL and CSS code**? That would help us identify where the current icons are being added.

If you’re still unable to find it, I’d be happy to take a look and help you identify the issue. We can also discuss it over a quick call if that’s easier.

I hope this helps you out. Please mark it as **Solution Accepted and Like** to help another Community member.
