The Salesforce Data destination for a submitted record fails with the following error:

Error, Execution Failure: Processor ‘Salesforce Ticket’ failed to execute: Execution Failure: There was an error with the Salesforce API call

Some records may be sent successfully to Salesforce, while others throw the error mentioned above.

Hey @sarfaraz_k it may be possible you’ve used up all the Salesforce api calls on your account, or Salesforce may be having an issue with that specific api. I’d reach out to salesforce to verify you still have api calls left and there’s no other reason why this may have been blocked.

@sarfaraz_k are you creating Tickets in Salesforce from the HubSpot integration?

To help with this:

  • Can you provide a screenshot of this error & where you’re seeing it?
  • Are you using the native HubSpot integration or a custom integration?
  • What object type is this causing an issue with? (Tickets, Companies, etc)
