I’m using the Companies index view and when I set rows per page to 100, it no longer stays at that value after I open a client record and return to the list. In the previous version, the rows-per-page setting held for the duration of my session. In the new version, it reverts to 25 each time I view a client record, which feels like a regression in the list experience.
Hi @PeterCalvert,
Have you tried saving the view with the specified rows per page? Create and manage saved views
Saved views should respect sorting, rows per page, filters.
Best regards
Hi Karsten …
Thanks for the reply. I have tried to save the View a number of times. The odd thing is that, it seems, when I first enter HubSpot in the morning and attempt to reset the rows per page to 100, each time I open a client to view their record and return the Companies list, it reverts to 25. If I wait for a while with the setting at 100 and don’t interact with the program, it eventually sticks at 100 for the rest of the session. For example, I initially tried about a dozen times this morning to set the rows per page to 100 and it kept reverting after I opened a Company record. I then thought that I’d ask Breeze for assistance which let to the suggestion of posting something on the Community Forum which I did, and, now, when I return to my Companies list the 100 setting is still there and persists after I open and close a Company record. Odd!! Maybe I have to learn to set it to 100 and wait for it to “sink into the system”!! Thanks, Peter
@PeterCalvert interesting finding - that sounds like a bug. You can flag those directly with HubSpot support in-app via chat (question mark icon in the top menu). They can then investigate and, if it’s a bug, escalate internally.
