The property couldn't be set because the ticket isn't associated with any target records

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong here. I have a workflow that creates a ticket when a deal reaches a certain status in the pipeline. That works fine. But when I created a workflow to say when this ticket moves to Approved move the associated deal to a new pipeline status. I get an error saying It couldn’t be set

because the ticket isn’t associated with any target records. When the ticket gets made it’s associating it to the deal correct? It shows up in the right nav under deals when I click into the ticket details

Please help!

Hi @GVasas,

Just to confirm two things, the example ticket that you took a screenshot of – is this one of the tickets that you see when you click “Occurred 3 times in the last week”? If not, can you check these three records? Do all these three deals have associated tickets?

This depends on how you set up the create record action in your first screenshot. When you click it to edit it, check the left sidebar that opens. It should specify how the newly created record should be associated.
