Pro Tip: If you want to see exactly what’s live in your specific portal, just click your profile picture → Product Updates. It’s the easiest way to see what’s in Beta or coming down the pipeline for your specific tier. Note: some features are in Public Beta, so you’ll need to opt in from that screen to activate them. You can check out this Knowledge Base article if you need a walkthrough.
B2B SaaS and Software
- Enroll to Prospecting Agent from Gmail and Outlook: Reps can now enroll CRM contacts into Breeze Prospecting Agent directly from Gmail and Outlook, without switching back to HubSpot first. For SaaS teams running outbound or founder-led sales, less context switching means faster outreach starts.
- Company Recommendations in Prospecting Agent Daily Digest: The daily digest now includes company recommendations with the signal that triggered them and suggested contacts to target. For SaaS teams tracking buying intent, this means less time checking the app and more time acting on the right accounts from your inbox.
- Team-based record customization in sandboxes: Ops teams can now copy team-based record layouts to sandboxes automatically, enabling true user-acceptance testing. Test workflows exactly as they appear for sales or support reps in production before pushing changes live.
Healthcare
- Individual activity sharing: Grant access to specific calls, meetings, or notes without opening broad record visibility. For healthcare organizations that keep records private by default but need to collaborate on sensitive cases, this is a meaningful permission upgrade that supports HIPAA-conscious workflows.
- Recordings and transcription settings: Admins now have one centralized place to manage how meetings and calls are recorded and transcribed across the portal, including integrations with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. For organizations managing complex multi-team conversations, this makes conversation capture easier to govern and audit.
- Real-time table updates on index pages (Public Beta): Property data on index pages now refreshes automatically as records are created or modified. For teams tracking patient status, ownership, or case changes throughout the day, this means working from current information without manual browser refreshes.
Financial Services
- Quote rules engine for compliance (Public Beta): Set rules that prevent incompatible products from being sold together or enforce mandatory discount limits, with real-time validation during the quoting process. For financial services firms with compliance requirements around product bundling or margin floors, this removes reliance on manual rep oversight.
- Automated credit memo management: Create credit memos directly from invoices that use automated sales tax. The system handles numbering and prorates tax accurately, maintaining a clean audit trail. For teams finalizing invoices regularly, this reduces manual reconciliation and keeps financial records accurate.
- Multiple stored payment methods: Contacts can now store more than one payment method — for example, a credit card for smaller transactions and ACH for larger ones. This reduces payment errors and provides the operational flexibility financial services customers often need for diverse transaction types.
Manufacturing
- Custom CRM object names on mobile: If your business uses “Opportunities” instead of Deals, or “Orders” instead of Invoices, those custom names now appear throughout the mobile app. Field reps no longer have to mentally translate HubSpot labels while on-site, the CRM speaks their language everywhere.
- Global phone presence with local numbers: Acquire HubSpot phone numbers in 15+ additional countries, including Germany, Mexico, and Malaysia, and port existing toll-free numbers directly to HubSpot. For manufacturers with regional teams or distributors across global markets, this makes local presence easier to maintain without a patchwork of external tools.
- Snowflake direct sync (Public Beta): Sync data from Snowflake — equipment usage metrics, billing health scores, operational data — directly to CRM records, where it’s immediately available for workflows, reporting, and Breeze AI. No third-party middleware required.
Professional Services and Consulting
- Onboarding and success plans: Service Hub now includes structured onboarding pipelines with dedicated milestones, tasks, and out-of-the-box reporting that shows time spent in each stage and flags risks across your book of business. For consulting firms managing client onboarding, this provides the project visibility that used to require a separate tool.
- Breeze Assistant on mobile: When your day is back-to-back client meetings, mobile Breeze Assistant helps you walk in prepared. It surfaces CRM context, suggested talking points, and risks from attendees ahead of time, and lets you upload files, such as decks, notes, contracts, for immediate summaries or CRM actions from your phone.
- Sales documents access extended to core seats: Access to Sales Documents has been extended to core seats, with the limit increasing from 5 to 5,000 for these users. Consulting teams that rely on proposal templates and sales collateral no longer need a paid Sales or Service Hub seat for every team member who needs them.
Agencies and Marketing Services
- Multi-video stitching in the video editor: HubSpot’s video editor now supports building a project from multiple raw files: trim, arrange, and edit clips on a single timeline, with branding and captions applied across the full project. Agencies producing video content for clients can now do more of this work inside HubSpot without exporting to a separate tool.
- Associate one asset to multiple campaigns: A single blog post, landing page, or website page can now belong to more than one campaign simultaneously. For agencies running multiple campaigns for the same client around shared assets, this eliminates cloning, simplifies version control, and ensures attributed revenue is reflected accurately across every campaign.
- Updated report quick edit and filter interface on dashboards: The dashboard quick edit and filter experience is now cleaner and more consistent, with a consolidated summary section, unified controls, and a simplified sidebar. For agencies that need to move quickly from client work into reporting, this means fewer clicks to surface the insights that matter.
Education and Events
- Workflow action to update contact participation state for marketing events: You can now use a workflow to automatically update a contact’s participation state (Registered, Attended, or Cancelled) for manually created marketing events. For education and events teams running recurring webinars, info sessions, or trainings, this automates the full attendance journey instead of handling it manually.
- Reporting search enhancements (Public Beta
Search in reporting now shows suggestions and recently viewed items, groups results by type, and offers next steps, like building with AI or starting from a template, when no results are found. For teams navigating a large reporting footprint across events and programs, this reduces the time spent hunting for the right dashboard.
Consumer Brands and Ecommerce
- WhatsApp coexistence: Teams can now use the WhatsApp Business app and HubSpot Inbox or Help Desk simultaneously on the same number, with real-time sync across mobile, web, and desktop, plus a 180-day conversation backfill. For consumer brands handling support, lead qualification, or conversational commerce through WhatsApp, this is a significant operational upgrade.
- TikTok ad conversion events: Send CRM data, such as lifecycle stage changes, back to TikTok to tell its algorithm who your high-quality leads are. This creates a feedback loop that improves ad targeting and return on ad spend over time, without manual audience exports.
- Real-time table updates on index pages (Public Beta): Index pages now update property data automatically as records change. For ecommerce and consumer brands that need to react quickly to shifting customer signals and pipeline status, this means decisions are always based on current data, not whatever loaded when you first opened the tab.
For Any Industry: How to actually stay on top of this
You don’t need to action every update at once. Two quick habits will keep you ahead of the curve:
- Ask Breeze: If you’re curious about a specific tool, just ask: “What’s the latest on the Help Desk?” and let it summarize the updates for you.
- The “New To You” Tab: Under Profile → Product Updates, you’ll find a ‘New to you’ filter. It’s the fastest way to see what has changed in your portal since you last logged in.
