Hello HubSpot Community! ![]()
On Monday, June 15, we officially completed our platform migration! Welcome to your brand-new HubSpot Community home!
Your profiles, history, and historical posts should have made the journey with us! If you are unable to log into your old account or find that some of your content is missing, please reach out via the Community Intake Form or at community@hubspot.com.
Now that we are officially open for business, here are a few key updates, some quick house-keeping items to get your profile looking its best, and how you can share your feedback with us.
Global AI Translations: Ongoing Backfill
We are incredibly excited about our new community-wide AI translation feature, which breaks down language barriers and lets everyone converse globally in their preferred language.
However, in the spirit of transparency, please note that the translation experience might feel a bit inconsistent for the time being. We are backfilling translations of millions of rows of historical translation data. Over the coming months, you will likely spot content that hasn’t been translated yet. Thank you for your patience while our systems finish catching up!
Pro-Tip: Searching & Filtering on the New Platform
Finding the exact answer you need is now much more powerful. Our new search architecture allows you to drill down into topics seamlessly. To get the absolute most out of the system right away, check out this guide on Searching for Content Effectively to learn how to use advanced filtering, tags, and category scoping like a pro.
Custom Titles (For Community Champions & Partners)
Are you a HubSpot Community Champion or a HubSpot Partner? You now have more control over your Community identity!
On this new platform, you have the ability to select and change the specific Title that appears directly next to your username across the forums (e.g., displaying your Champion status or your Partner tier).
Where to change your title:
-
Head over to your Profile Preferences (either via ‘My Posts’ or ‘My Messages’ in the left sidebar navigation, or by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner and selecting the profile icon
) -
Under the Account or Profile settings tab, look for the Title dropdown menu.
-
Select your preferred designation from the available options associated with your account groups and save changes!
Your Community Signature Came With You!
If you used a community signature on our previous platform, good news: it came along with your migrated profile!
However, it will not appear automatically on your posts until you enable it. We’re asking everyone to give their signature a quick once-over to ensure it looks exactly the way you want before taking it live.
How to enable your signature:
-
Click your profile icon in the top right corner and go to your Preferences > Profile
-
Locate the My Signature section.
-
Review your migrated text, make any formatting adjustments needed (please ensure to remove the HTML comment tags we added during the migration:
<!--at the beginning, and-->at the end of the code), and toggle it to Enabled/Visible. -
If you would prefer to use an HTML template, you can find two options here.
How to Share Your Post-Migration Feedback
Your input is crucial as we iron out any remaining kinks. We are offering two distinct ways for you to share post-migration thoughts:
Option 1: Open Community Comments
In the spirit of transparency, we invite you to share your feedback, impressions, and thoughts as comments directly under this post. Our community team will be actively monitoring this thread to log your insights.
Option 2: External Community Intake Form
If you encounter specific technical bugs, layout issues, or data discrepancies from the migration that require a direct review, please submit them through our External Community Intake Form. This ensures your request is routed straight to our technical queue for tracking.
Thank you for your patience during our read-only window. You can now post topics and reply to threads as usual! Take a look around, update your profile settings, and let us know what you think in the comments.
