I like this layout and the background. This task stands out especially with the Today in red.
I would also like to propose more tabs in the overview of the desktop home screen beta version. At present there is only 3 tabs available I would like to add my metrics Leads created, Emails sent, closed deal amount and total deals amount. So Overview will read:
