# The certificate name is wrong

Hello, I have completed the certificate learning of Inbound marketing, but it shows the wrong name on it, so I can not use it. I already changed my name in the Profile and Preferences, updated, signed out signed in- still the wrong name on the certificate.. Please help. Thank you kind regards, Marina
