The Best Revenue Hub Quote Templates Built by HubSpot Solutions Partners

Back in June, we challenged HubSpot solutions partners to show us what’s possible with custom quote templates in Revenue Hub. The submissions spanned industries, use cases, and creative approaches to design, automation, and the buyer experience.

Today, we’re excited to recognize the standout work from across the competition — and announce our two winners: Philip Viele of Market Disrupt and Chris Tveter of AIRops Agency.

Below, we’re highlighting their winning templates alongside more of the impressive work submitted by our partner community.

Thank you to everyone who participated, and congratulations again to Philip and Chris!

Designed specifically for estate-planning law firms, this interactive quote template allows prospective clients to select an engagement plan and customize it with relevant add-ons, fees, and hourly rates. As selections are made, the total price updates automatically—along with the associated deal amount in HubSpot. The template also clearly outlines what each plan includes and guides clients through the required terms of engagement and acknowledgments before they complete the quote.

The quote template creates an AI-powered audit-to-proposal pipeline. Claude audits a client’s HubSpot portal across 28 metrics and writes the results directly to a HubSpot deal. That data then generates a live remediation proposal tailored to the client’s specific audit findings.

From there, the buyer can choose remediation phases, add optional services, and see pricing, timeline, payment terms, and projected scores update in real time before signing.

The result is one connected, interactive experience that replaces the usual back-and-forth between audit findings and proposal.

This interactive quote configurator lets buyers or reps build a package directly within a HubSpot quote by selecting product variants, quantities, add-ons, contract length, and billing frequency. Each selection updates the CRM line items in real time, eliminating manual revisions and back-and-forth to finalize pricing.

Built for SaaS and subscription businesses with configurable pricing, the example uses PlayerData, a sports performance hardware company, but applies to any business selling products with variable quantities, contract terms, or feature tiers.

This template is built for AV integrators and rental companies whose quotes span dozens of line items across multiple rooms or locations. It automatically organizes equipment by room and category, rolls up pricing into a clean summary, and lets buyers drill into accordion sections to see exactly what’s included with a print-ready PDF that expands the full detail automatically. Beyond formatting a long product list, it doubles as a handoff document: fulfillment and installation teams can use it to confirm what equipment belongs in each space.

This template lets a single HubSpot portal serve three different brands without managing three separate templates. A deal property automatically switches the logo, legal entity, sender details, and org name and a second property toggles the proposal flow between group and individual training programs. With 12 React modules, deep CRM data binding, and production-grade PDF pagination, it’s built for education providers that need polished, brand-accurate proposals at scale across multiple entities.

Overview:

This template replaces the inconsistent slide decks that project-based service businesses typically send with a single branded, interactive HubSpot quote built to sell a visual transformation. The standout feature is an in-template AI image generator: reps upload a before photo, click Generate, and get a consistent restored-vision rendering to drop straight into the quote — no prompt-writing, no external tools. Beyond that, it’s a fully modular selling experience with draggable before/after sliders, catalog-driven scope of work, testimonials, a process timeline, and e-sign — all editable per quote by the rep.

Template By: Matthew Ziemba of Roofing Business Partner | See Quote Template

Overview:

Roofer CPQ replaces the bolt-on quoting tools roofing contractors use today with a fully native HubSpot system. An estimator answers a dependency-driven inspection questionnaire, and a formula engine across a 134-token measurement vocabulary and a 166-product catalog computes every line item automatically, so no one types a price. The rep picks which roofing systems to present—for example Asphalt Good/Better/Best alongside Flat Good/Better on one proposal—and the buyer receives a branded document where switching between any of those options reprices the entire proposal in real time. When the buyer locks in their choice, the quote reshapes around it and the signature block binds exactly what they selected, writing it back to the CRM. Formulas, tiers, proposal pages and branding are all self-configurable and not developer dependent.

Overview:

This template solves a common MSP problem: reps duplicating three quotes per deal just so buyers can compare service tiers. Instead, buyers open one quote, compare packages side by side, and select their preferred option — with the line item table and total recalculating in real time and the selection writing back to the deal. Everything runs natively inside HubSpot’s quote editor with no external CPQ tool or middleware, so reps configure and send package quotes the same way they would any other quote.

This template is built for a high-complexity, multi-stakeholder sales process where long buying cycles and frequent scope changes make traditional quoting slow and painful. Buyers get a fully personalized, interactive quote with vertical-specific case studies, video, and branding, plus the ability to self-configure add-ons like family screenings or blood panel upgrades without going back to the rep each time. It also closes the gap between signature and kickoff by routing signed quotes directly to an intake form, turning acceptance into an immediate next step instead of a handoff delay.

Template By: Amber Kemmis of Growth Operations Firm | See Quote Template

This is the Growth Operations Firm proposal template built for small revenue teams that need to send scoped, professional proposals without pulling in a developer every time. Reps edit everything like a CMS page: line items feed a live total cost of ownership calculator, that total automatically splits into milestone payments, and a Breeze-powered executive summary writes itself. A built-in billing form captures the billing contact on acceptance and triggers routing automatically, turning a signed quote into an active deal with no manual handoff.

Template By: Pete Nicholls of HubDo | See Quote Template

Quote Block is a single reusable module available from HubDo that replaces the need to build and maintain dozens of template variations. Instead of reps dragging and dropping components or sales managers managing a template per job type, one module uses existing HubSpot properties, deal, quote, company, and line item, to show or hide the right content automatically for each quote. No backend, no custom properties required out of the box, and flexible enough to add a custom dropdown like “Commercial or Domestic” to fine-tune what appears per job. This module is available for download through the DoQuotes HubSpot app by HubDo.

This template is built for hospitality and event sales teams that need to sell the experience before they sell the price. A modular architecture guides buyers through a curated hero, experience carousel, menu configurator, and event spaces before they ever reach the investment summary, all editable by reps directly in HubSpot’s native quote editor without touching code. It turns a standard quote into a branded, interactive proposal that communicates value first.

Tessera is a custom quote experience that turns a flat list of HubSpot line items into a room-by-room decision journey built for homeowners, not sales reps. Its Scope Certainty Mosaic organizes fixed work, allowances, and approved upgrades across five project areas into one clear approval amount so buyers understand exactly what they’re signing. Homeowners can explore finish alternatives in a non-binding preview without affecting the quote, while reps work entirely within native HubSpot deals, line items, and Revenue Hub rules throughout.

Template By: Adeline Cortijos of Parkour3 | See Quote Template

This template is built for fleet sales deals that never close in one go multi-site buyers who need to pilot first, prove the numbers, and then roll out. A single quote handles the full staged structure: the rep sets sites and unit counts, and the template prices the pilot as committed and remaining sites as indicative. It also addresses two buying personas in one document, an ops champion who wants capability and a CFO who wants payback with a live TCO calculator, an exportable one-page business case the champion can forward internally, and an in-quote Q&A panel that keeps objections on the document instead of scattered across email threads.

This template is built for luxury real estate pre-sales in LatAm, where buyers need to understand a construction-milestone payment schedule — not a generic line-item list. Four coordinated modules replace the standard quote with a fully branded experience: a luxury proposal hero with payment-plan presets and a visual milestone bar, a branded unit card, buyer and seller party blocks, and real estate-specific terms including fiducia, construction warranty, and an automatic discount clause. Reps configure payment plan presets and percentages without developer involvement, with a built-in alert if milestone percentages don’t sum to 100%.

Quote Flex is a configurable quote template for businesses selling software, services, and add-ons. Buyers can select packages and optional services directly in the quote, with pricing updating in real time. Their selections sync back to HubSpot, automatically updating line items and deal value before they complete acceptance. This reduces manual sales work while giving buyers a more flexible purchasing experience.

All of these looks pretty good. However, the first one, esp the background looks like AI generated one because of the color choices. P.S. Just my take.

Was cool to see what’s possible with Revenue Hub (as we are assessing it at the moment).
Please advise - will these templates be available in the Hub?

Or what is the way to use any of these?
Thank you

The AirOps one is definitely my favorite

AirOps was one of the winners! What resonated most with you about it?

Nice! The solutions partner did a great job showcasing how quote templates can be built and extended. These specific templates were created for the contest and aren’t available on the platform — but any of the custom modules can be built. Is there a template here that resonates with you? We’ve included the partner agency’s name if you’d like to reach out to have something similar built for you.

Interesting! I hadn’t heard this take.

I think that is due to Claude Code using this color scheme a lot for pricing table. lol.
