It would be nice if we could change permissions per report. We don’t want our users to see one another’s contacts, but would like to have a deal leadership board to show who is doing the best and create more competition for sales. This is a major roadblock for us, as I’m sure it is for many other sales teams.
Hi @JHoefsmit4, Fair ask, and worth noting there’s a partial workaround already, on Enterprise, you can limit access to individual reports (not just whole dashboards) via Assigned access on the report itself, restricting it to specific teams or users. So a leaderboard visible to leadership only, while reps keep their own deal boards, is doable today if you’re on Enterprise.
What it can’t do yet is give one report different visibility per viewer (e.g., each rep sees only their own row), that’s still all or nothing per report. Worth clarifying in your idea whether you’re asking for the former (which exists) or true row-level/per-viewer filtering (which doesn’t), since that changes what you’re actually voting for.
