Hi community,
over the years a huge amount of workflows was added to our HubSpot. Some of them might be redundant, others might in worst case even counteract.
For cleaning our workflow landscape I want to make a 360 degree view on our workflows, e.g. by visualizing their triggers, branches, actions as well as meta information like re-enrollment rules and so on.
Unfortunately I can’t find a way downloading that data. Creating the database by hand would be a too enourmes effort. Is there a way how I can read out the workflows’ data without typing everything on my own?
Thanks and best regards!
Hi @TStrohmaier,
I don’t think this exists (yet), neither natively in HubSpot nor as a third-party solution. It’s currently a manual process, with the help of seeing workflow connections.
Other users have already requested this feature: A Workflow Mapping Workflow (If that makes sense)
I’d recommend upvoting and commenting on the idea. The product team reviews these requests based on their popularity.
Best regards!
Hi Karsten,
thank you for the quick answer. I upvoted the idea you mentioned.
However if there is no way making the data available by default might it be possible getting the information on demand? I mean there are codes behind all our workflows so we can maybe at least receive these codes’ snapshot for having a fundament we can work on (since it is no recurring job but one which we might rund once a year).
Thanks!
Sure, theoretically this information is available. You can always ask HubSpot support but I’m afraid you won’t get the answer you’re looking for, @TStrohmaier, unfortunately.
