# Text module's editor tool not showing

The editing tool on the Email’s default Text tool is not showing up. Is there a toggle that needs to be turned on for this to show up?

@SaltyKaren that’s certainly strange - and you’re absolutely right, the editor should appear at the top as you’ve noted.

I’ve confirmed the editor is working in a few of our accounts:

If it doesn’t pop back up after a refresh, it would probably be best to contact HubSpot Support directly.
