Hi, I was about to take my test for sales inbound and shows like taken .
It shows I have answered 0/30 correct and now I have to wait 12h to take it again !
I haven’t even tried to take it and I’d like to take it before 12hours .

Accidentally starting the test is a common and easy mistake. But yes, if that happens (it might also be a bug), you’ll have to wait to start your next attempt.
The good news is that this will not negatively affect the overall grade or outcome.

Sounds like the test was accidentally marked as attempted. I’d contact support with a screenshot and ask them to reset the 12-hour cooldown since you never took the test.
