# Test Emails not sending

I am experiencing an issue with test emails - they aren’t sending to my account despite receiving the ‘test email successfully sent’ pop-up on the marketing email draft page. I AM recieving emails saying that my contact lists are uploaded though.  
It is just Marketing Preview emails that are not coming in. They are not in my Other or Junk folder.

Hey @JReedy have you gone through the steps in [allowlisting your HubSpot emails](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/contacts-not-receiving-your-marketing-emails)?

[This article](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/not-receiving-hubspot-system-or-notification-emails) might also be able to help out with your issue!

If they show as “delivered” in HubSpot it means the recipient mail server sent back a “delivered” message, what happens after that though is really down to the recipient mailserver, it’s entirely possible your mailserver is set up to reject or filter these emails.
