let’s put it that way: HubSpots UI is by far one of the easiest and cleanest out there.
In this case it seems that it’s your screen resolution which makes it so difficult.
As an example - I see it like this(yeah it’s the old listing but the height dimensions stay the same) on a 2560x1440 resolution (1920x1080 is basically the same but with a bit of vertical scrolling)
So I’d recommend you to ramp up your resolution if possible
