# Templates Disappeared

My templates disappeared but others I work with say they can see mine. How can I get them back?

Hi @MGayle,

What do you see when you open the templates section of HubSpot? Unless you’re on a paid seat, you’ll only see the first 5 templates and unfortunately you don’t get to choose which ones. If you’re seeing templates that aren’t necessarily yours, and colleagues on paid seats are seeing them, that would be expected behaviour.
