Templates: Ability to choose which five can be used

We use HubSpot without an Enterprise account and have prepared a large number of templates for our email communication with customers. In our package, most employees only have access to the first five templates.
We would like to be able to choose which five templates are available, instead of the first five.

I doubt that HubSpot will make this change - it’s meant to be a wall users hit and have to upgrade, intentionally.
