I created a template in HubSpot and sent a test email - it looks perfect on my computer in Gmail and Yahoo and Outlook, but on my phone, the lines run into eachother. I would love to know how to fix this - text is size 11 and sans serif. It is an Iphone 12 I think.
Hello @MDean62 thank you for posting in our Community!
1. Make sure you are using a supported browser on your iPhone. HubSpot recommends using the latest version of Safari on iOS devices.
2. Clear the cache and cookies on your iPhone’s browser. This can help resolve any caching issues that may be causing.
3. Check if any custom CSS or JavaScript codes on your page may be interfering with the functionality of your template If you have any custom code, try removing it temporarily to see if the issue persists.
4. Test the template on different iPhone devices and browsers to see if the issue is specific to a certain device or browser. This can help identify if the issue is related to the specific device or browser being used.
5. If the issue persists, reach out to HubSpot support or consult with a developer for further assistance.
Please note that the above steps are general troubleshooting suggestions and may not necessarily fix the issue. The issue could be related to various factors specific to your website or form setup. If the problem persists, it is recommended to seek further assistance from HubSpot support or consult with a developer.
Kindly,
Pam
Thank you, but it looks fine in the browser. Just not in the mail app. Thank you anyway!

In sales email templates, you don’t have access to the source HTML. I just had a conversation with HubSpot support on this, and it turns out that it’s because of a line height issue that came from copy-pasting the content into the template editor.
The solution for us was to clear the formatting on the template (or just create a new template and rewrite it by hand).
Hope this helps someone else!
Chris
P.S. this was only an issue for us on some iPhones. Never android or desktop, and not all iPhones lol.
