We’ve been getting a lot of issues with various templates not referencing document or sender links when editting via sequence steps.
Previous links will become broken and furthermore, we won’t be able to save the template because of the various characters added. When editting template from the template dashboard, it seems to be okay but this limits our efficiency from editting within the sequence view. This issue just started appearing this week.
That definitely sounds unexpected. Have you already filed a support ticket for this?
