template for booking, via meetings (not using a link)

When i book a meeting (not via a book a demo link, or round robin), i would like to send out a agenda with the booked meeting.
I have found the opportunity to mark the meeting as a type, for example its a Training or a Sales Meeting.
But for the training, i would like to send a agenda so the receipent can prepare himself the best way so the training is going to be smoothly.
If i make fragments, the tekst is not shown correctly in the ‘‘outlook’’ invitation. All the alinea’s/lines/text is put behind each other.
Could Hubspot make a more proffesionall ‘‘template’’ for standaard choosen meetings?

HubSpot have different ways for this -

  1. You can create marketing email and automate it or send manually as regular emails
  2. You can create sales email template and reuse it for different contacts.
  3. You can create a landing page in HubSpot with all details you want to inform them and just send them email with that landing page link before joining meeting.

Hi Shubham,
True, your suggestions are all good.
But still, I think the best workflow is to do it withing a meeting and directly send the agenda with it.
Your suggestion sound to me like ‘’just an normal e-mail’’ and ‘’ a normal template’,
I work with these already.
I thought that If I can label a meeting as a PM Training a template can come up with that.
For now the Hubspot meeting possibility is not more that book a meeting, while I want my sales team to prepare the visitor of this meeting the best way to start the training more smoothly.
