Recently I am joining a company, where i see that. Work management is not good including team discussions also. Then I plan that we start some strategy for our company and after that we make a short excel sheet and write about all company project with details and start sharing same sheet with all candidates… assign by it’s own name. Day by day all activites are working perfectly
