I don’t want to use HubSpot calling, happy to “Log a Call”, during / after the event.
This idea is to allow removal of HubSpot calling and replace with clickable links to use external (or in browser) phone applications.
* Instance level setting to disable HubSpot calling
* Auto prefix phone number (e.g. “9”)
* Auto format phone number to standard e.g. E.164, International, National. (See Google’s “libphonenumber”)
* callto: / tel: link on phone number & phone icons allowing browser based or browser initated “Click to Call”
Note : We have external Telephone application (MS Teams) to make calls.
In Contact / Company right side bar, make icon clickable
In Contact / Company left side bar (editable content) add clickable icon to call (For Phone + Mobile fields) - There is another idea with this.
In list view add phone icon and clickable phone link
