Team unable to edit Deals

My team is getting the following message under deals: “Your permissions don’t allo you to edit this record.” We need them to be able to edit thd deal stage for when a sale advances to the next stage. Especially when the deal is sold. I am the super admin and have checked their permissions, they all have access to view (everyting), and edit (owned only) under the CRM access, Object access in settings.

This all of a sudden changed last Friday and I haven’t been able to get it fixed so they can update their deals. Please let me know how I can update this so my team can update the deal stage again.

I would submit a support ticket if you have not already as this is a user-to-user forum.

With that said, if they do not own their deals or could their also be a hierarchy in play with teams that is causing this issue? Create and manage teams

I am experiencing the same issue with my team and nothing has been changed in their permissions. I have opened a ticket, but haven’t heard back yet.

It took a little over 24 hours for them to contact me regarding the issue. I am still working with them to figure it out.
