Team Signatures with Custom Photos and Variables

We are a Helpdesk enterprise customer and struggle with proper signatures for our replies. There are several things missing that we think are important for great customer service.

1. We’d like to be able to include the photo of the agent replying to the email thread, which should dynamically pull from their hubspot profile picture, or a separate option from within Helpdesk.
2. Current configurations only allow for us to display agents FULL name in the send from section, rather than just a first name. For privacy purposes, many agents do not want their first and last names being displayed, but would like an option to display just first name, or an alias of some sort.

1. Custom fields, such as working hours / availability so customers can better understandwhen to expect responses.

Our team uses individual signatures outside of helpdesk, so to be able to use their individual signatures in helpdesk would be a big help. Alternatively give us more personalisation tokens to use such as the team member’s photo.

Could it also be possible to add these variables in the Help Desk > Channels Configurations page as well when you edit the “Fallback Email” options?

So far the only options in the variables are Agent: Full Name, First Name, or Last Name. It would be great to be able to add:

Agent: Role (So we can put in the agent’s role in the company such as Customer Support Engineer, or Sr. Customer Support Engineer, or Team Lead)

Company: Company Name
