# Team email specific notification settings

Hi team,  
Raising this for a customer here.  
Currently, we have personal conversation notification settings for assigned/ unassigned emails. It would be great if we can have team inbox specific notifications (e.g. receive from 1 email but not the other)

Hi,

It would be great to take email notifications for all chat messages independent of the assignee. In such a case, one of the team members can warn their colleague or answer the question directly when the assignee can miss the conversation.
