Currently with tasks asigned to a company, a task is either completed or not. If not completed, the task sits pending until the sales reps close off the task.
Currently our sales team complete the task once they have actioned. However actioning a task does not mean the sales rep was successful. We are looking for an option added in where the sales teams can record their success against the task.

“Did you sell in NPD/ New Product Line?”
- Yes
- No
Even if the rep did have the sales conversation, they should be able to close off the tasks whether successful or not. And report on the answer/result provided. This measures the sales team success.
For now, I am having my team leave a “comment” in the task with a simple YES or NO answer, which I then pull a report on the tasks with comments and I need to export to excel to get a success rate for each sales rep.
