Submitting this on behalf of a customer! Currently in the Sales Analytics tools, we are able to see the **total tasks completed** , a key indicator we aren’t able to see is the task completion efficiency, i.e. the amount of time it takes a user to complete a task. I did see that we now have a Task Completion Date property available in reports - but without the Task Created Date property, or a Time Taken to Complete Task property, we aren’t able to see how efficient a user has been in completing their tasks. As we are able to see indicators like _Average time to close ticket_, would it be possible to develop reporting such that we can see **Average time to complete tasks**? ---

I agree. We are primarily task driven, and are struggling to manage time/task allocation, due to not being able to determine the total amount of time each tasks takes to complete. ---

I agree. Time to complete tasks is one of the new key metrics we’re supposed to track. Previously, we had to track this manually. This metric would save hours of time! ---

This is very much needed for my team as well, I am struggling to see a way around tracking this right now which is a shame ---

I would be happy to get something simpler like how long was a task overdue before it was completed. Task was due to be completed on the 1st, it was completed on the 5th which means it was delayed by 5 days. ---
