I’m coming from another CRM where there are task outcomes. Depending on the outcome of the task, I can then fire workflow automation. Anyone figure out a way to do this with Hubspot?

Depending on how you’d like to approach the solution you’ll want to either use a workflow triggered on Activity->Task Status. (see image)

AND / OR use a list triggered on Activity->Task Status. (see image)

Can I create additional task statuses?

But does this re-enroll contact? Otherwise only 1st time it will do I suppose.
