Currently, we are **using HubSpot Notes to manage project tasks** , listing stages and required steps under each stage. This is because **HubSpot Tasks does not have a task grouping or structured “to-do list” capability** , making project task management fragmented.

Add **task grouping capabilities in HubSpot Tasks** , similar to the **Microsoft To Do list structure** , allowing:

a. **Grouping of tasks under parent categories or stages** within a project.
b. Easy **visualization of stages with collapsible sub-tasks**.
c. Ability to **mark sub-tasks complete while tracking overall stage progress**.

That would be awesome, so would having subtask features. We currently use Asana, but I would love to move us into hubspot so we can minimize our tech stack. I’m not sure the capabilities are there yet at the moment though. We have a prettey advanced set of questions for different ops related projects, and I am not sure we could get that level of specificity in a form.
