Hi, I would like a way to delete a task in a customer’s profile without having to go through “tasks”. For example, if we have a customer in a movable sequence (where I do not have to complete the last task in order for the next email to send), it still shows the task as incomplete and I can’t delete it while I am under the profile, only if I manually go through the task. It loads my task bucket unnecessarily and I end up not using the ‘task’ feature at all, even if I want to.

When you’re on a CRM record, you can click into the task to expand it and then Actions > Delete to remove it:
