Target Audience Inactive

Hi community,

I’m a novice when it comes to posting ads via HubSpot (and in general) so I’m hoping someone can help me please :-).

I am trying to post a LinkedIn ad via HubSpot but when I come to selecting my audience I’m unable to selet the target audience we have created previous, it tells me it is inactive.

Am I able to reactive the list?

Hello @HSaunders ,

Have you tried to select the audience from the Linkedin ad network to set up the campaign?
When an audience has not been used for a while, it gets archived but normally you can select it from LinkedIn in the audience settings of your campaign.

Also, if the audience is based on a list, did you make sure that the list has not been deleted?

Thank you for coming back to me.

I’ve looked on LI under audiences and I can see the list is archived. Can I move this list from archived to active again?

This particular audience was taken from an all contacts on HubSpot so I guess in theory yes the list has changed as more contacts have been added to our HubSpot but not deleted.
