Upvoting the heck out of this. Our team needs this functionality ASAP.
This is so key for my agency. I think it’s time to level this up to an exec from HubSpot to direct negotiate with LinkedIn to improve their API.
I really wish this would take place! LinkedIn is our main platform fro our organization and if this feature was available it would be a game changer.
This functionality is needed. Being able to tag people directly in the post is a much-needed time saver otherwise, I need to do a workaround in LinkedIn to make it happen.
I definitely agree with this feature request. It is just one more thing to remember to do and is highly inefficient to 1) remember/set reminder when posts goes live and 2) then go into LI and manually tag our CEO or CTO or the person we want to highlight. Esp cumbersome when it’s all there with Twitter.
Come on @hubspot - this original request was 5 years ago. How can this not be possible yet?
This is still not possible on HubSpot but this feature seems possible in other tools.

This would be really helpful. It avoids having to schedule the post and then remembering to go back at the time it is shared to edit and tag the company. Currently, it means we can’t use the social media scheduling tool for all of our social sharing.
Upvoting as well this would be a very usfull feature for our team, hopefully it is implemented soon! Without this feature we can’t use the social media scheduling tool for social sharing and have to out reach somewhere else.
Upvoting as well. Without this feature, not only the use of the social media scheduling tool becomes ineffective, but we still have to tag partners manually on a LinkedIn page, which also wastes time.
I also definitely need this functionality! Being able to tag a companies is good but would be more better if this is also possible for individual persons as well (also in related/attached images. Are there any updates on this idea?
This would be a major update for us to onboard 3 new CM agents on HubSpot.

This feature would be a must. It is possible on other platforms, and this will only make us use the original platforms instead of the HubSpot social tool.
It’s really frustrating to find out after paying such money that such basic features don’t work. You should implement this as soon as possible.

This capability is absolutely critical to our social media strategy and our continued association with HubSpot.
This would be a great addition. Everytime I post through Hubspot I then have to go in and edit to tag the person I am mentioning in the post. I don’t know if tagging this way has the same impact as tagging with the original post.
