If I click on a contact OR preview a contact, I would love to be able to click a “next” or “>” arrow button to get to the next contact. Currently, I have to go back to the entire contact list to get to the next contact.
This would be helpful for anyone who looks at their entire contact list.
The goal is to tab or click between contacts without going back to the entire list of contacts. This is a really efficient way to go back and forth between contacts, and saves lots of time.
The only other CRM I’ve used is Brivity, and this is an option within that platform.
I’m trying to achieve the same thing and I don’t see the option either. When I was using ZOHO, this functionality worked seamlessly, so it’s a bit frustrating to have to go back to the contacts list, find where I left off, and move on to the next contact manually.
One workaround I’m considering is building a filter to exclude the last contact I worked on and file it into a separate tab, but that feels like extra effort for something that could be streamlined with a simple ‘next’ arrow feature.
Is there a way to achieve this that I might have missed? Any guidance would be appreciated.
