I feel like I must be missing something very simple.

I want to filter specific record IDs out of my Custom Report.

When I use, Record ID, is none of, it populates List w/ brackets.

I’ve tried commas, I’ve tried one value at a time, and still can’t get this filter to work for me.

What are the rules for this option?

If I use not equal to, i have to enter one filter for each record.

Hi @esteeratliff,

I think that “List ()” should resolve into a dropdown that shows actual tickets - this might be a bug.

Having to enter IDs in separate filters for the “is equal to” option is known behaviour, unfortunately.

You could try building a ticket segment, use “is any of”, select the tickets, then exclude tickets my segment membership. Or simply place tickets on a static segment manually.

If that doesn’t work, you could check with HubSpot report - or pivot to a solution where you mark tickets with a custom property value, then filter for that value.

Best regards!

Thank you for confirming I’m not crazy _today_ lol. A segment may be a good workaround! Thanks.
