Hi! Experiencing some weird issues with my shopify tags syncing for certain contacts and not others. I had hoped it was just a lag in communication between the two systems but it’s been over 12h and I’m still not seeing the fields populating in Hubspot.
Any tips?
I need these tags to run lists and reports based on the differetiated tags from Shp
Hey @KRich0 I don’t currently have an active shopify integration to test this out. However, are you seeing any errors within your shopify integration settings in HubSpot?
It’s possible there may be some sync issues between your fields, if you navigate to your shopify integration settings within HubSpot you should see any errors present here which may provide some more information on this!
Thank you @Tom . I’ve checked the integration settings and it’s not reporting any errors. I see the tags integration has been selected already. Just at a loss as to why so many accounts aren’t displaying when I select for the tags in reports.
Hmmm @KRich0 is this the integration you’re using?
I don’t see tags syncing as a type of sync that the integration should do.
