Syncing Regular email engagement to Salesforce Campaign

Good morning, all

I’m a semi newbie to Hubspot so please forgive my simple question.

I have set up corresponding Hubspot & Salesforce campaigns for Regular emails. I need guidance on how to push email engagement (opens/clicks/bounces) to the Salesfirce campaign.

Is there a way to do this without creating workflows?

Hi @MMcGriff ,

HubSpot Emails does allow to add simple automation within email assets rather than building separate workflows. However, this feature does not allow to sync of email engagements to SFDC campaigns.

If you need to sync engagements in SFDC campaigns, Separate HubSpot Workflow is required to sync email engagements in SFDC campaigns.

Can you suggest a simple Workflow template for this?

Hi @MMcGriff ,

You can create Workflow template with email list audience as enrollment criteria and based on that email activity say sent, open, click, bounce etc use set salesforce campaign with campaign name and appropriate SFDC Campaign status.
