Hi all,
I’d like to sync Hubspot to Exact Online. First off, I’d like to connect Hubspot to a test environment in Exact Online (one out of four), but unfortunately I do not have that option. I also only see only one Exact Online environment as an option to select, even though I should see four. I created all four of them, so there shouldn’t be any role restrictions on the Exact side. Am I maybe missing something?

Hi @HKlaasen ,
You can sync between the main instance and the sandbox instance in HS. But there is certain limit of number of the objects records you can sync.
For your reference please look into this article : Create a sandbox and deploy changes to production.

Hi @deepikaverma, thank your suggestion. Unfortunately it does not really answer my question; we have 4 different Exact administrations and only one administration is in Hubspot. When trying to sync up Hubspot to Exact I only see one of the four adminstrations in the drop down to choose from, and it’s unfortunately not the one I’m looking for. The one I’m looking for now is our Exact test environment. It does not seem like the Hubspot Sandbox function is available for me as we only have a Professional license, not a Enterprise account.
Hi @deepikaverma found my issue; on the Exact side I had not allowed the Exact administration that I wanted to link allowed to Hubspot. Users can check this under their profile in the top right, My Exact Online, Security Center, Permissions for my apps. Retract permission if not set correctly and start setting up the connection from the start, starting with the Hubspot marketplace app again.
