We use Smartsheet primarily once a job/deal is Won. So this would help us greatly for the integration between our Sales staff and our Operations staff.
Having at least an option to sync the deal with a single sheet on smartsheet would help us to avoid needing to double enter all the gathered information. (eg, names, addresses, won price of the deal, email correspondences, comments, attachments).
The export options that exist out of the Deals page don’t capture any of the attachments or email threads or even the phone number of the associated contacts either. So we would still need to do a lot of double entry to get the Won Deal onto Smartsheet so we can track it’s progress through our Operations team.
It would then be more helpful for the end of the job to track through Hubspot our inovices and correspondence with the customer associated with the specific deal.
